The goods offered by the Top-rank Health Care Equipment Co., Ltd will be shipped to negotiated destination by specialized logistics company or couriered by the express company. our quality service will impress in the whole logistic process. If the customer is subjected to unjust treatment in the process of logistics, please contact with the our customer service manager directly, they will back you up in your demands. Meanwhile, We will analyze the flow of service termly and take the measures to avoid repetition of similar problem.

When customer sign the receipt the shipment, there is 7 days holded for customer checking the goods, in order to solve the any of objection. During use, We will always pay attention to customer’s suggestion and opinions and take the best way to deal with the problem.

5. We promise that during the guarantee date, the non-disposable goods occur the quality problem. We will check and replace the goods. This warranty does not hold good for any damage to the goods caused by accident or improper use.
